How edit bootstrap template?

Hi, 

GT is fantastic so I bought the bootstrap template to make it responsive.. I added it to my template and I had some compatibility issues with the JS

After some researches I found that there was conflicts with GT js and template JS (SB ADMIN 2), and it was not possible to resolve (it seems a lot of function with same name, etc)

 

So, I changed template and I found a simple Bootstrap template with cerulean (light blue) colors.. And I would like to change some GT particulars to make it agree with the template (table header, table lines, table highlight tone, etc). 

 

The question is: where can I edit bootstrap GT theme to make the tables cerulean?
