Bootstrap theme More, Delete, All Select is not working

I have purchase the latest bootstrap theme but I am facing some problem

 

  1. When i Click more button- View, Delete option is not appearing.
  2. When i click All Select checkbox, all the checkbox is not selected.
  3. Setting button on the right side of the pagination is not working too.
  4. My table is not also not responsive. I tested it but its not responsive.
  5. Delete is not working. I can't delete any element

Please some one help me fixing this problem

I encountered the same problem.

 

I'm using a bootstrap template from TF.

            $crud->set_theme('bootstrap');
            $crud->unset_bootstrap();
            $crud->unset_jquery();

Then manually add bootstrap css/js and jquery.
