CRUD Operations Fails and Throws Ajax_list_info 404 (Not Found) in flexigrids theme

Hello there,

I am a newbie with this Library. I have installed it very well in my admin template, it loads the table very well but can't perform any of the CRUD operations. When I inspect the console brings this error :

jquery-1.11.1.min.js:4 POST {base_url}/ajax_list_info 404 (Not Found)

I have also realized that when I click on the CRUD operations it leads me to Page not found :

404 Page Not Found

Please help me on this.
