How to clear relation field after add

I can show my problem here:

I fill it out the form. I select one item from "from Employeer" field, e.g.: "Bondur".
i submit form with success. Form will be empty, but "from Employeer" field show previous selected item("Bondur"). Another problem is that if I fill out the form now, it wonâ€™t save relation value.

How to clear relation field after add?
