Hello

 

In the latest download from gitHub, the action button in datatables theme would not fire.

Any idea why?

That version is actually a BETA of the version 1.4 so it is "normal" if some things aren't working.

It's good idea to use it if it is for a personal site where you are not under the pressure of deadlines or just for experimenting but otherwise I would recommend you to use 1.3.3 that is the latest stable release.

Sure. Looks to me it's a dialog window, but i haven't used jquery before so i can't put a finger on it. If i do i will post back. Thanks anyway.
