Applying Bootstrap theme/customization

Hi,

 

I just bought the BootStrap theme and i wonder if it's possible to apply a bootstrap theme like for examples :

Apparently those themes are for Bootstrap version 2.

Grocery Curd bootstrpa theme runs on version 3.

 

As per the web header:

"User-contributed Bootstrap themes, created with BootSwatchr. 

These Themes use Bootstrap 2.3.2

"

This site was just an exemple.

My question is more how can we easily change the styles ?
