Datatable Theme, Multigrid Page, Add buttons disappear after add and go back hit

I am facing problem with datatable theme and multigrid page. When we add some record and press add and go back it closes the dialog after adding the record and go back with add buttons disappeared from all girds. If we manually refresh the page the buttons appear again but same thing repeat on adding and go back even.

Well - this seems to be a strange but possible phenomena - and can only be possible to resolve if have had hands on the same .. like if some place live - would have been in position to look into the same.

Same happened on update and go back event.
