Themes in Enterprise version?

Does the Enterprise version default to the Bootstrap 4 them for the "free" version?

Yes bootstrap v4 is included at the Grocery CRUD Enterprise. You can simply enable it with setSkin function. For more check: https://www.grocerycrud.com/enterprise/api-and-function-list/set-skin
